Like Telegram and WhatsApp, you can send, forward, and receive messages from your contacts. The app features message bookmarking and language translation, too. Anyone from around the world can use it, thanks to the country codes you can select from the Country dropdown.
Faratel’s drawback is it adds you to channels and groups without your consent. In addition, the activation screen—which is used for inputting your activation code—takes too long to load unless you change the proxy server.
Send messages to anyone
If you’re looking for an alternative messaging app, then check out Faratel. To get started, you need to select your country code from the dropdown and type your mobile number. Then, click the right arrow button on the lower right corner of the screen and the app will ask you to confirm your number. Once confirmed, wait until the app takes you to the activation screen.
However, this can take a long time. In that case, you can tap the roundabout arrow icon to change the proxy server and wait for the activation screen to load. Once it does, wait for the app to send you a verification code. Alternatively, you can request a voice call. After that, you can send and forward text messages to your family and friends.
You can copy a part of a text for your reference. It has a built-in translator, too. That way, you can understand what the recipient is saying without having to copy and paste their message on a translator app. It also offers a bookmarking feature. With it, you can have easy access to important messages such as appointments and reminders.
